These terms apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.
Prices of the products sold in the Online Store are shown next to the products. A delivery charge is added to the price. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
The delivery charge depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method, and is shown to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.
To order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place the order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total amount is then displayed and can be paid securely using the following payment methods:
Please note! When paying via a bank link, be sure to click "Back to merchant" on the bank's page.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment — for bank link payments in the respective bank's secure environment, and for card payments in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller has no access to the customer's bank or card details. The contract enters into force once the amount due has been received in the Online Store's bank account.
The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data required to process payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the notice.
Goods are shipped within the Republic of Estonia.
The buyer has the following delivery options:
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are shown next to each delivery method. Delivery is free for orders of 49 € or more.
Domestic shipments generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1–3 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract. In exceptional cases, goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods may not be used in any way other than is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the manner permitted for testing goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for a purpose other than ascertaining their nature, characteristics and functioning, or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return goods, a notice of withdrawal must be submitted no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods. The notice can be submitted by phone on +372 5787 0100 or by post to Nortsu tee 22, 44317 Rakvere.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except where the reason for the return is that the item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the notice, or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days from receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the item, or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund costs exceeding those of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the goods if the price shown in the Online Store was, due to an error, significantly below the market price.
The Online Store is liable for the non-conformity or defect of goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within two years of handing the goods over to the buyer. During the first year from delivery, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery; rebutting this presumption is the obligation of the Online Store.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months by calling +372 5787 0100.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If goods bought from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all payments made under the sales contract.
The Online Store responds to consumer complaints in writing, or in a form that can be reproduced in writing, within 15 days.
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and to send the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to the company providing the transport service in order to deliver the goods.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has requested this by entering their email address on the website and indicating a wish to receive direct mail.
The buyer may opt out of offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us, or by following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
More detailed information on the processing of personal data is set out in the privacy policy.
